Today Madison and I messed with Epilog for forever until we figured out how to do what we were trying to do. Once we figured that out we ran one of our last test cuts for our instructables projects.

Today, I started a very tiny fire in the laser cutter. Other than that we got a lot of work done, running a test for our project to see what still needs to be fixed before cutting into the stained wood.

In the past two weeks, Madison and I have been working on an Instructables project. we are trying to create a map from the video game Red Dead Redemption 2. we are doing multiple different laser cuts and painting. we spent a lot of time planning our cuts and figuring out what will be vector or raster cut. we didn’t do any research for this project because we already knew what we wanted to do. we have ran a test of the cuts on a piece of cardboard to see how they came out and there are definitely somethings that can be improved on but it came out really well. The lakes and rivers all came out as intended and the land looks good but all the land pieces stayed connected at multiple points along the boarders. for the final product we will have wood stained multiple colors to show the difference between land and water.

Today we began working in photoshop to design the cuts and we stained one of our pieces of wood for the base board
We continued to work on our in struck tables project. We found our measurements for the cuts and began planning the laser cuts
Today I worked with Madison and the twins on cutting wood for the stage project and got a little bit of work on our instructables project
Today Madison and I set up our project proposal for the instructables project.

Today, I did another silhouette project that took 3 tries to work and then did a lot of research for my computer build.
Today I did my final maker qual project making a ear bud holder using the sewing machine. The final product came out alright, it had a lot of extra string but it worked.
Today I finished soldering the windmill alarm clock, next I need to build the case for it
